Thank you for choosing MINTTNIM custom jewelry. Our products are personalized items made specifically based on customer-submitted designs, so our refund and return policy differs from standard products. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.


1. About Custom Products

All MINTTNIM products are custom-made using the drawings, images, or text provided by the customer, and are therefore highly personalized.

According to applicable laws:

  • European Union: Under Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(c)), personalized goods are exempt from the 14-day “no-reason” return policy.
  • United States: Businesses are not legally required to accept returns due to a “change of mind,” and “Final Sale” policies are valid when clearly disclosed.

👉 Therefore, custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a quality issue.


2. Order Cancellation & Refund Rules

(1) Within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Orders may be canceled by contacting customer support
  • Eligible for a full refund

(2) After 24 hours (before production begins)

  • Requests will be reviewed based on order status
  • We reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation and refunds

(3) After production has started

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded
  • Custom products are not eligible for “change of mind” returns

3. Quality Issue Resolution

If your item has a clear manufacturing defect (not design differences or normal variations in craftsmanship), you may request after-sales support within 14 days of delivery.

To apply, please provide:

  • Order number
  • At least 2 clear photos showing the defect
  • An unboxing video (if available or required)

Based on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:

(1) Free Remake

  • If a quality issue is confirmed, we will remake and ship a replacement at no cost

(2) Partial Refund

  • If the issue does not affect normal use but there are visible flaws
    👉 Refund of 30%–70%, depending on the severity

(3) Full Refund

  • If the product has a major defect and cannot be used
    👉 Full refund will be issued (no return required)

4. Non-Quality Issues

The following situations are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the design outcome
  • Differences caused by image quality, resolution, or color variations in submitted materials
  • Incorrect shipping address or logistics-related issues
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

5. California Consumer Notice

Under California law:
If a “Final Sale” policy is not clearly and prominently disclosed (e.g., through noticeable font or color), certain limitations may not apply.


6. Refund Processing

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
