1. How do I create my child’s custom enamel jewelry?
Bring your child’s drawing to life in five easy steps:

Choose a custom jewelry style: necklace or bracelet
Upload your child’s drawing, doodle, or handwritten design
Our designers optimize and adapt it for enamel craftsmanship
Confirm your order and we start handcrafting your custom keepsake
We ship your piece and send tracking info so you can watch it on its way

Every piece is handcrafted with care, turning your child’s imagination and unique drawing into a wearable enamel memory.

2. What artwork works best?

✅ Ideal:

Clear-line children’s drawings or hand-drawn doodles
Bold, distinct colors and shapes

❌ Not recommended:

Very detailed or realistic images
Blurry photos or heavy shadows
Faint or unclear lines

If artwork doesn’t pass review, we’ll contact you for re-upload or cancel.

3. Can I upload multiple designs?
Yes! Depending on the complexity:

Single design: Best for accuracy and detail (recommended)
Multiple elements in one design: Up to 4 simple drawings can be combined into one pendant
Multiple separate designs: Can be made into individual charms strung together on the same necklace or bracelet

4. How long does it take to make my custom piece?

5. Can I cancel my order?

Handmade pieces cannot be stopped once production starts.

6. Will the jewelry look exactly like the drawing?
We aim to capture every detail, but handmade enamel jewelry may have subtle differences:

Colors may vary slightly due to materials and lighting
Extremely fine lines may be simplified or slightly thickened
Tiny details may not fully replicate if artwork isn’t high resolution

Every piece is lovingly crafted to honor your child’s design.

7. Can I see a preview before you make it?

No free previews
Artwork is reviewed before crafting → we’ll contact if adjustments are needed

8. Will enamel fade or chip?
Enamel is a durable glass coating, designed to last.

Everyday wear: Your jewelry can stay vibrant for years
Care tips: Avoid impacts, chemicals (perfume, detergents), and high heat
Defects: If enamel chips due to a production issue, not normal wear, you can request support under our refund policy

10. Forgot your password?

Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.

11. Payment options?

15. How to track your order?
Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking email. Track by:

16. Do I pay customs/import taxes?
Depends on your country:

USA: Most orders below the duty-free limit, usually no fees
EU: VAT and possible customs fees apply
Other countries: Check with your local customs office

🔄 Returns & After-Sales

17. Can custom products be returned?
Custom orders are personal and can’t be returned just for “changing your mind.”

Refunds are available for:

✅ Production defects (large enamel peeling, major misalignment)
✅ Wrong item shipped
✅ Unable to produce (artwork rejected and order canceled)

Refunds are not provided for:

❌ Change of mind
❌ Minor differences due to handmade process
❌ Allergic reactions (materials disclosed)
❌ Normal wear and tear

18. What if my piece has a defect?
Steps:

Contact us within 14 days of receipt
Provide order number, description, and clear photos
We review within 3 business days
Approved cases: free remake or full refund

19. What if my package is lost?

Check if tracking says “Delivered”
- If yes, check neighbors, mailbox, or delivery office
Contact local courier for delivery confirmation
If lost, contact us; we’ll assist with a shipping claim

20. Can I change my shipping address?

Before confirmation: Update in your account
After confirmation, before shipping: Contact us ASAP
After shipment: Cannot change

Any reshipping due to wrong address is at your cost.

21. Is enamel jewelry safe for kids?
Our jewelry meets:

✅ US ASTM F2999 (adults) / ASTM F2923 (kids)
✅ Limits on lead, cadmium, and harmful substances

Please note:

Small parts (pendants, connectors) are not for children under 3
Chipped enamel may pose choking hazard
Metal parts may trigger allergies (nickel, cobalt)

Check for allergies before purchase.

22. I’m allergic to metal. Can I wear it?
Materials include stainless steel, brass, and silver. Some may have trace nickel.

Nickel allergy: choose hypoallergenic or stainless steel options
Severe allergy: consult us or your dermatologist

Allergy-related refunds are not accepted.

23. How do I care for enamel jewelry?
